The system is designed to do the exact opposite. No balance, very little to no exercise, drudgery, and overwork.
I want to change the narrative and help others to see that it can be done.
Great mission... We have this "Cult of Busy" which is just awful..... Being overworked and under played should not be something that anyone is proud of.
