How to be happy
Simple and workable formula to be happy..
- Take exercise (5-8 minutes could be enough).
- Sleep properly
Sleep time is very crucial. (9 - 12) PM is an ideal time to sleep. time spent sleeping during this time is equal to 3 times. If you sleep one hour during (9 - 12) PM, it is equal to 3*3 = 9 hours. And the later you sleep, the lesser you get. - Spend more time with friend and family.
- Explore the world. Get outside more and more and more.
- Help others as much as you can.
- Keep smiling stay happy. Remember all the tensions you have been exposed to in the past were not just a piece of shit. You are better able to manage them today. Just like that you can manage all other problems. Don't take life very serious. You will not get out of it alive.
- Meditate productively.
- Stay focused. The better has yet to come.
Keep it up. Life is not end yet.
