Ahhh wishing a speedy recovery!
Here in Australia our government is making a huge push to crack down on drivers using their phones. A friend of mine was even given a warning for it when he was pulled over and he had left it on the passenger seat.
It doesn't have to be in your hand to be a distraction...
That's a huge point. It does not have to be in your hand to be a distraction.
