Hey Guys! It's Hanna.

The baby's health is most important of all. I prepare his food at home every days.I do different recipes every time! Today I"ll share my baby's food recipe: rice porridge with beef and veggies! Let's take a look!


Rice porridge with beef and veggies
다진 소고기 죽, 믹스 야채

First preparing the porridge ingredients
먼저 이유식 재료들 준비한다

  • Ground beef/ 다진소고기
  • Spinach/ 시금치
  • Broccoli/ 브로콜리
  • Carrot/ 당근
  • Steemed Rice/ 밥
  • Coconuts oil or Olive oil/코코넛 오일, 올리브 오일
  • Salt/ 소금

Veggies cut into small particles
야채들을 작은 입자로 썰어준다
Need to remove the blood from ground beef
다진 소고기 속 핏물을 빼야한다

After, preparing the porridge ingredients
이유식 재료들 준비 완료 후

  • First 1/tsp of coconut oil put in pot and
  • Chopped onion, roast while adding ground
    beef and fry util juice is dry
  • 먼저 코코넛 오일 1/큰술 냄비에 두르고
  • 다진 양파를 넣고 로스트하게 굴려준후
  • 다진 소고기를 즙이 마를때까지 로스트 해준다

Pour enough water and until it boiled well with low heat
when the porridge ingredients boiled well after add the
steemed rice stir it slowly with low heat and add the spinach at the end!
이유식 양에 맞게 물을 적당히 맞춰 재료를 잘 익혀준후
밥을 넣어 낮은 불로 천천히 저어주면서 마지막
마무리 무렵에 시금치를 넣어주면 끝!

And well done!!! He likes to eat the porridge.
