Walking in the morning has tremendous cardiovascular benefits. Walking is a fantastic way to address high blood pressure, hypertension, heart attack and stroke risk because the activity strengthens the heart and generally improves health.

Yes, and in addition to all these, its a boon for diabetic people.
But unfortunately people prefer to take insulins rather than adotping this fantastic way to control almost everything.
