AKARA
DO WE KNOW WHAT IT IS?
This is erhmm....erhm.... Yeah, yeah, it is beans and crayfish and onions and peppers and vegetable oil. Yes that's it.
Oh! and I forgot to include water. Water is really a vital part of the whole product trust me.... erhm, but in small quantities, you know, according to the proportion of the beans that will be grounded.
Anyway our people call it Akara and it is very common.
The skin of the beans has to be removed first before grinding it with every other ingredients then it is fried in the vegetable oil by putting spoonfuls of the grounded beans into the oil. And that's it. You have your snacks.
But I don't think black beans can be used, I haven't tried it before you know, so....erhm
I am thanking you guys soooo much for taking your time to read the post.
And erhmm before I forget you can eat it with or without anything. It is always beautiful in your mouth.
Trust me, Thanks.
Pakorha
Is it Pakorha in your language?
I don't think I've had these before, looks good!
Of course they are. The taste is just as good as the looks.
Words are never enough to appreciate you. I am really delighted to see you stop by.
