Commit To Myself, Commit To My Life

Once I committed to myself, my life is getting lighter, simpler and easier that I never had.Eat clean, do yoga and meditate every day, read Gene Keys that my love @jankasparec recommend me to do, and keep flying. What the simple life gives me is now I can 100% concentrate on doing one thing at the moment without any distractions.That’s a great move for me in these 28 years probably.

My friend from Switzerland sent me this picture months ago when I mentioned that I was so lost and I felt I was nothing during our conversation. He sent me this beautiful picture with nature - snow, mountains and trees. Feel so loved and touching when looking at it. Make me want to go there at least once in my life as well :)

I never doubt that how powerful would be if people totally commit to one thing that they want to change in their life, like healthy life style, family, relationships, friendships and jobs. When thinking about my past now, it was so easy to see the old pattern - I only did things with half-hearted intention before. Or I can say I just got lost when I didn’t know where I should go in my path. Overthinking was one of my greatest shadows and that’s why I was not brave enough to take action and do thing appropriately with my 100% effort. It is the shadow I desperately want to improve and now I'm still working on it. I can not say now I can do things very perfectly and I totally get rid of old patterns and shadows. It is not happening now;otherwise, I can be Buddha very soon. It’s impossible for me. But I can see the desire of changing myself to be a better one which is very strong. I just need a simple life.

Besides ‘Commitment’, another word always in the Gene Keys is ‘Surrender' that I want to mention here. (Without doubt, Gene Keys give me a new life. Thanks for that!) I love this word so much too. Living at the present, loving yourself and your life with uncertainties. Take a deep breath and see how big the world is and how fast it changes. We never can catch up with time. ‘Catching up something' only brings us stress and burdens because we try to seek the answers for our future.It is a cycle of suffering and it will never end. That’s why we cannot totally fall in love with our life and ourself. We hold back and can’t let go of the pains we had from the past. Why not just surrender? Trust in life and let Universe do it for you. Universe loves us and she always gives so many gifts for us to grow up to be a wonderful one who then can spread love to others.

I love my life a lot - simple and easy one. Now I just want to dive into the nature on the mountain or beach, and then feel the peace and energy the nature gives me. It is such a beautiful gift we are having from the Earth, isn't it?
