Wow isn the it crazy how strongly we feeling about these topic so :p personal opinion only here, I love animal rights and thereby welfare, it's what I do. However I can't get behind a diet that I need order to stay healthy you have to take supplements that are in red meats. I feel you want to make a difference in this field develop a way to reduce goodness waste, improve animal conditions and stop trying to scare people into feeling bad about eating.
Another personal opinion: it's already dead and gone by the time it gets to me...I think it would be worse to let that animals sacrifice go to waste.
