And might I add...I have birthed 4 "bloody tentacled things", but I'm still in the dark about what a doula is/does? Anyone trying to give me comfort with sage words or advice in some kind of calm tone in those awful birthing hours got a ripe old earful from me
Then she might be getting a right old earful! I wish I could explain but it all seems like dark sorcery to me!
