Live Action: Hygienist hurdling
The escape has been made, I'm out of the office and on the way to my weekend! Well, sort of. There's a a hurdle to overcome first. At the dentist...I know right! Not happy.
I'm currently sitting patiently waiting for my number to come up. Ok, there's not really numbers however it feels that way. The image shows my view and whilst it's not great it's better than thumbing through the grotty 6 month old magazines on the table beside me. To be honest the magazine's aren't that old I suppose but I have zero interest in them and so I'm happy to sit and stare at the counter. (I'm actually writing this though I guess right?)
So, I'm here to see the dental hygienist which I do every 6 months. It's not so bad, they poke and prod give me a free toothpaste sample and send me know my way. I can deal with that. I'm not sure why I made my appointment on a Friday afternoon to be honest; The hygienist hurdle is one I could have done without on my run into the weekend however it'll be over soon and I'll be in weekend mode.
I have a big weekend planned, a big shooting event, so am looking forward to it, and also not as it'll be a lot of work for me and I'll arrive at Sunday night dead-tired. Still, it's self-inflicted so I shouldn't whine about it right?
I hope you all smash the weekend and get the most out of it. If you're like me and have a hurdle or two to jump prior to the weekend actually starting, get it done with conviction and move on into those two best days of the week!

Good luck. I have this one tooth, every couple of weeks a little bit more falls off. I wanted to get the whole thing pulled, but the Dentist wanted me to have a root canal; so I'm just kicking the can down the road. He did an xray and the root is so deep it's almost touching my eyeball. Might just put my hand up at Fight Club and let nature take its course.
I rocked up a bit late, so missed the first couple of rules; but its a really cool club, and everyone should come along.
Fight club that tooth bro! Can you video the event as well? 😂
I had one removed last year, for the same reason. The dentist got half way and had to send me to a specialist dental surgeon because she couldn't get it out. The surgeon fight-clubbed the hell out of it and I suffered for weeks. All good though, I survived. 🙂

I don't like going to the dentist usually paying a lot of money for them to afflict me with pain it's just not good. Woohoo weekend is here enjoy mate :)

Friday afternoon appointments are good excuses to leave the office early! Not the best way to start a weekend but not the worst! Look forward to seeing the results of the event! Cheers!
