Saturday afternoon well spent
Decided to go for a walk this afternoon instead of sitting on the couch, watching rubbish and eating. With the headphones in and some good tunes playing, my walk ended up being over 10kms.
It was such a beautiful afternoon, the sun was shining and I just got lost in my thoughts. I find it such a good way to relax and solve problems - things don’t seem so bad when you’re out amongst the world.
Definitely an amazing way to spend a sunny winter afternoon in Canberra!!

Thanks :) just keep going!! It’s taken me forever to be able to do 10kms, you’ll get there I’m sure.
