Colinas de Garzón is located about 30 kilometers from the little town called José Ignacio, one of the most brilliant points of Punta del Este, with a beauty from tip to tip, even some times leaving us breathless.
José Ignacio began to take root as a small fishing village in the coastal area about 25 km from Punta del Este, with cozy dimensions and a big variety of views, this oceanic coast town has grown and changed from a very drastic way.

COUNTRYSIDE ON THE BEACH

One of the most beautiful natural encounters I have ever had the opportunity to see, happens here, where a green field meadow seems to end on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, separated by a relatively small strip of white sand.
The animals seem to be the luxury guests of this place, seeing the cows grazing with an incredible sea view is priceless, and the absence of human intervention, both in edification and presence, make everything covered by an energy that wraps and infects.

To the east, on the coastal strip and towards Brazil, to have a more general reference, we go on route nine, approximately two quarters of an hour to begin to enter the country world.

Everyone knows and is very clear of what to do, the working teams seem to march like a group of ants, determined and with a conviction that deserves the respect of anyone.
The engines start, and the wheel begins to spin, causing the stopwatch to start leaving the zero behind, and turning the day into a productive cause.

Everything seems to be done with a ruler and in decimal scale, perfection down to the smallest detail, even the care and messages that each worker has demonstrate the commitment and satisfaction of these people when working the land.
The quality of the products of this place are incredible, with a high variety in olive oils, and wines that undoubtedly can lead to a unique delight. Colinas de Garzón has made a package of quality, work, and raw material that in very few places I have had the privilege to appreciate.

The perfect climatic conditions for this type of plantations make the place, apart from being charming to the eye, a provider of perfect resources that generate a micro environment where everything seems to develop in a special way.
At one point I come to think of which of these would have more influence over the other, if the magic of the place that makes everything more prosperous, or vice versa.
The conclusion is that whatever the daily work of these people, the dedication and love that are seen throughout the process of making their products, is a piece of art.
From step one, when the sun rises and the work team begins to arrive at the place, until the time when the sun shows its most beautiful light to say goodbye, and everything returns to its place, the charm and the quality of surroundings in The ones that work here have left a mark on me, and it's calling me back a long time ago.
