Pizza But With A Twist

Last night I was craving a pizza. So off to the store I went to get the ingredients. I'm on a ketogenic diet, and I've completely cut out sugars and grains. Ingredients for a traditional pizza are full of both sugars and grains. I can make pizza sauce without sugar, no problem. The pepperoni was a little tricky, I got some uncured pepperoni at the deli. The cured pepperoni has dextrose on it, and it is a no-no. I also got some olives and mushrooms for toppings. Finally, what do I make the crust out of since it can't be bread. I opted for cauliflower, because I had a recipe for making a pizza crust with it.

The cauliflower crust is just cauliflower, cheese, basil, oregano, and an egg. After 15 minutes in the oven is nice and crunchy. I put on the sauce and the toppings and threw it back in for 5 minutes. It was good, but you definitely not fooling yourself into thinking your not eating cauliflower. Otherwise it was pretty tasty.
