Chest

Flat Bench DB - 100 lbs 4 x 10

Incline Bench DB - 75 lbs 1 x 10, 85 lbs 3 x 10

Pec Fly (1 arm) - 4 x 12

Pushups - 4 x 25

Tri

Rope Pull down - 4 x 12

1 Arm Pull down - 4 x 12

Calves

Calf Raise on Leg Press - 200 lbs 4 x 25

Cardio

1 mile jog on treadmill at 4 mph

Stretching

Taekwondo specific stretching in between sets. Holding stretch for a minute or so.
