There are lots of reason why people go broke but I will mention the top 4. Have you ever wondered how someone who got an alert of millions today end up being broke tomorrow? Allow me give you the answer to your curiosity.
1. Bad Addiction.
Bad addictions is one contribution to why so many people are broke today. I've seen a man who will empty his account just to go gamble thinking he will get good returns when his family haven't had anything to eat that day. Guys mostly are so addicted to gambling(nairabet, bet naija etc) that they're ready to spend their last dime on it. Girls are so addicted to makeovers and fashion that they'd rather spend that last doe on getting the latest dress or buy a new make up kits than invest or save.
2. No Dreams Or Goals.
When you don't have a destination, it is impossible not to go broke. You need to get your goals and intents right to be able to use your finances positively. When you don't have a career, a goal you're pursuing or a dream you wish to bring Into reality, you will never spend wisely.
3. Toxic Relationships.
"They say bad company corrupts good mind", this is so true especially money wise. When you keep bad friends, who will advise you on how to save and invest? Bad friends will always ask that you all sit in a bar or club house and drink. Also for the male folks, if your girl demands heaven and earth when she doesn't add to your life, Please leave her, your relationship either is toxic and it will always make you go broke and mind you, once you're broke, she'll be running to the next available rich dude.
4. No Discipline.
If you don't have self- discipline, you'll be easily manipulated by other people. This same people will make you go broke and leave your ass right there. Work on your values and be self disciplined.
