ISN’T LIFE ITSELF A MIRAGE?

Great steemians, I warmly welcome you to another interesting day. I just woke up this morning and started thinking about life, I hope you will enjoy reading it.

While pondering over certain life occurrences, I came to realize that nothing in this life is 100% evil to all human beings at the same time.

I will be using the stories below to illustrate what am trying to communicate.

Back in my secondary school days, our biology teacher after teaching us about the life cycle of housefly asked us “what are the economic importance of housefly” we were amazed at his question as he has taught us about many diseases spread by housefly, we therefore believed that housefly cannot be referred to as being economically important. One of us in the class attempted the question by telling our teacher that housefly has no economic importance. Our teacher laughed at our ignorance and told us that if housefly did not spread disease or are eliminated many people like drug manufacturers and distributors, doctors and other health workers will be negatively affected.

Is there anything that could happen under the sun that no human made gain from?

Someone had a motor accident and lost his life, his family, friends and well wishers cried and cried about their lost. The owner of the vehicle with which the accident took place was also lamenting his lost.

The family of the diseased eventually started making arrangements for the burial of their relation. They despite their lost, they still task their themselves to raise money to buy coffin, drinks, food items and put all other necessary arrangements in place to ensure they gave their brother a befitting burial.

The sellers of all the items needed for the burial make some gain from the transactions and hence were grateful to God for providing some of their needs through the sales.

The owner of the damaged vehicle also made arrangements to repair or sell off the remains of the spoilt vehicle to enable him continue his transportation business. Therefore another person made gain and was happy all because of the ripple effect of the accident. What a life!

In another scenario, robbers attacked someone’s house and carted away cash and other valuables, while the owner was crying and counting his lost, the robbers on the other hand, were happy that after their “successful” operation they shared their loot and it “improved their income”

After going through these and other thoughts, I wondered why life is like this. Why must someone somewhere loose before another person elsewhere gains?

What could this life have been if there is no conscience to checkmate each human being on earth?

Looking at economic gains and lost, is the anything evil in this world?

Isn’t life itself a mirage?
