As some of my readers asked me, I made a farewell article to this little one, before the protective association of wild bird takes him to reintroduce him in his natural habitat.
After 2 weeks feeding and caring for him, he has grown a lot and has already learned to fly.
Tal y como algunos/as de mis lectores/as me pidieron, he hecho un artículo de despedida a este pequeñajo, antes de que se lo lleve la protectora de aves silvestres para reintroducirlo en su hábitat natural.
Tras 2 semanas alimentándolo y cuidándolo, ha crecido bastante y ya ha aprendido a volar.

on mornings I get up at 5 am they're on a concert
I love their songs
when they're hunting snails during their meal time and I am in the garden
I hear them make a sound like that of a wailing dog
i get attached with animals I take care of in my garden
one time with 5 baby sparrows in a conifer in the nest
so I thought that sucks to be separated with them
but nature is a lot happier in the wild - free

Intentamos aportar nuestro granito de arena a que este pequeño sobreviviera a su etapa de abandono del nido, que dura una semana, sin haber aprendido a volar; es evidentemente cuando la mortalidad del mirlo es la más elevada.
Ahora ya depende de él que volando libre no se deje cazar por ningún cernícalo o halcón.

Linda esa ave, yo tuve una y su canto es muy confortable; pero son muy delicadas y consentidas, toca estar muy pendientes de ellas, entiendo lo de la despedida pero es necesario y lo mejor para este grandioso ser.
Y cuánto le vivió el mirlo?
Según he leído tienen pueden llegar a tener una vida de 5 años pero en libertad y debido a su elevado índice de mortalidad, su esperanza media ronda los 2,5 años.
Una bonita historia con una gran enseñanza, que Mirlo tenga buen viaje! :)
