Did you ever wonder that why you remain exhaust everyday? and did you ever imagine that exhaustion could be the result of your own actions? Most probably, No. Well, you might not be one of them OR you might be one of them.

We all have some different routines, different mindset and we wake-up daily with different different moods. But what we really need is to measure our weakness and solve them. Your exchaustion can be the result of your own everyday actions which you don't even think as bad, its normal. Sometimes we're unable to look on our own mistake till someone point it out.

Although there are lots of things to discuss but today, I'll discuss about 3 things you might be doing which keep you exhaust everyday.

Throwing Your Personal Opinions And Free Advice Unnecessarily:

Well, this is something which most of us do everyday. When we're walking in street with friends and look on others, we often say "Hey look at him, he looks idiot in this hairstyle" or when we see a girl with pink hair then we say "what kind of crap is this, she must be mentally ill" but the question is, who asked your opinion?

We often throw our opinions when there is not even a little need of it. Indeed some of your opinions can bring value but some of your opinions can cause worries for your own. Free advice doesn't always work well specially when no one is ready to listen it. Remember the fact that worries cause exhaustion.

The point is, if you really want to give a free advise, then measure what you're saying first and see if your wordings could hurt someone, because for every action, there's an equal reaction. If you'd throw bad words to others, then what would you expect? would you expect their appreciation? No, they will kick you on your back, and then you might end up in fight or you might start getting exhausted for the reaction you get.



Conclusion - What to do?

  • Don't throw your opinions unnecessarily.
  • Measure your opinion first.
  • Do not judge others in bad way.

Letting Negative People Influence You:

Your exhaustion and sadness is not always your fault and sometimes, it can be the result of your fault. There are different types of people in the world. Specially if you're browsing some social media sites and start chatting in a public room, then you get some guys throwing utter rubbish to you and then you feel it obliged to reply to their rubbish and then it goes on and on.

You know? Your bad intereaction with people can cause sadness and worries inside. Such incidents do not let you happy. I used to be caught in such scenarios because I am more active in online world. I like to meet with new people like you but we never know the nature of a person behind the curtain. I used to get some crappy messages which used to cause high blood-pressure, lol. But fortunately, I knew that replying to such rubbish is a wastage of time.

But it was all about strangers but what about if such people are your own friends? Some people have such friends, they always annoy each other, mock to each other and then think that they are doing something very beneficial for friendship. If your friends have negative mindset and continuously annoys you, then I would suggest to warn them about their behavior OR just maintain a distance even with your friends to get rid of your exhaustion. Friendship is meant to increase happiness, it is not meant to exhaust each other.

Conclusion - What to do?

  • Do not reply to crap. Time is the blessing. Do not waste it.
  • Maintain distance with those who annoy you.
  • Do not let negative people influence you.

Your Distance From Nature:

You are making your life miserable with your own hands if you are not sparing your time to enjoy the nature. You might prefer not to waste time. I am saying this because some people still think that enjoying the nature is just like wastage of time. They use this saying "Time is money" but they don't know the importance of enjoying natural beauty.

Your enjoyment levels put great impact on your personality and your mood. I don't want you to believe on my saying. Just experiment it yourself. I am not saying you to spare several hours every day. What I'm saying is, you can spare around 30 to 60 minutes daily and enjoy the fresh wind and you'd realize how important it is to spare some time.

Time is indeed money but when you don't have energy to do something, then you won't be able to convert your time into money. To convert your time into money, you need the feeling of freshness, and eliminate exhaustion to achieve the best results in your work, and to enjoy your life in better way.

Conclusion - What to do?

  • Try to spare your time daily to enjoy nature.
  • Take some fresh and cool natural winds.
  • Forget everything while you enjoy nature.

If you're the victim of such things too, then try to get rid of them as soon as possible. Feelings of exhaustion do not let you enjoy your happier moments even. Keep your work limited and do not put burden on yourself.

I don't get exhausted each day. My energy is high, I can got a a few days without sleep on 1-2 meals a day. I eat fresh organic vegan food and train my bodies flexibility. The reason most people may not have enough energy is because they eat wrong and don't exercise properly.

Thank you. Yes, of course there could be a medical condition there that actively prevents one from becoming balanced again quickly or a birth defect that entirely prevents it. But in the former its usually the case that chronic disease results from years of bad lifestyle habits. Its better to take preventative measures and treat you body and mind right from a young age :)

Its not just the amount of sleep, but quality of sleep that also makes a huge difference.

oh my god the distance from nature is huge -- i think that people forget the importance of the grounding nature offers -- i'm on a 3 year plan to move to the country -- i can't wait!
