Hey @careassaktart forsure a building is made of concrete or bricks, is there other forms in croatia?
And the interior depends on the buyer this is rendering photos from the builder, so if somebody like´s IKEA then he will style it like this and if not then put other things in maybe ask you?

Well, unfortunately, Croatia is also infested with that same architectural concrete-ikea virus.
Your post is great including photos & text for the purpose of selling the immobili! Here around my area I take photos of houses & apartments which are made for rent or sale & I see too many of these kind of modern unsustainable buildings with that generic interiors looking all the same.
I'm quite a bit disappointed with this kind of architecture.

I´m on your side, I also not love this kind of buildings but some times there are some nice ones where the architects had thought over and deliver a very fresh and most likely interior design so that it feels more warm and cosy, but unfortunately it´s not the majority :(
