They all give out @dollarandsense 😂😂. It’s a popular saying in the UK and Ireland.
I think the closest we have would be "Giving me an earful" or "giving me crap" or "giving me a hard time" or something like that. Which they all do :D
Yeah giving out is like moaning or nagging or the above as you said
