RE: Choose to Not be Angry, it is a Waste of Time
For me, "gratitude" is an important part of happiness... I watch people around me get angry and they are so often obsessing over "flies in the ointment;" focusing on tiny things they perceive to be wrong with an otherwise beautiful picture.
On a larger scale, anger can be a great catalyst for change... I tend to be very calm and even tempered, so when I get angry about something, I also know that I need to look at what it is that needs changing in my surroundings.
I have learned to stay calm. When I was young in my teens and in early adulthood I was really an ass. That saying, "I wear my feelings on my sleeve" was me. Thank goodness self improvement is a real thing.
true sir.. i think our emotion when we are younger eats us and became the most unwanted person that we thought we are.. people became angry on everything even a little thing but people change.. and this emotion also helps us to grow and became a person that we are now dealing in our emotions/angry is the best improvement we can be.
