Almost (lunar) new year! Hanoi is having it's last waves of heavy activity and traffic jams even crazier than normal. But soon, on Friday, it will be new years eve and after that, Hanoi will be quiet and empty. Right now it's grey, cold and rainy. But for once, Hanoians are not complaining about the weather. And when I do, it's; "Đừng lo. Nó là trời Tết". It's what it supposed to be, it's Tet weather!

It's a new decade, and this Scooter Folk keeps evolving. New decade, so things gotta go bigger. We have seen plenty of cargo on scooters. Ice, Scooters with scooters on the back, bazooka looking bongs. And now, the army is using scooters to move their vehicles around.
