Well said! When I started on Steemit it delighted me no end to see my rep creeping up a little each day, so I try to give at least two votes daily to newbies, usually to those who have not voted for themselves.

I finally met a like-soul, i do upvote myself sometimes in the past but i exhausted all my power trying to encourage many people like myself in my first months on Steemit.
