Every person on this planet wants to be happy, by the way I don't know about other planet.
Everyone works for their need and to be happy. But I wonder "why are so less number of people happy?"
Some portion is sad as they didn't get what they want, some are heartbroken and some are confused in the dilemma of life.
Whatever may be the reasons, what I feel, people don't know “What is happiness?" It's like finding a solution but don't know the problem.
People think getting rich will make happy, having a girlfriend/boyfriend will make happy or buying a new super car make you happy.
Yes, it does but what if all your money lost, your relationship breaks and your car get damaged, will you be sad again?
Yes, you will be.
Now, what is happiness? Simple it's the feeling of pleasure, joy, Sweetness inside you.
How does it generate? The things you think inside your mind, the work you do and the people surround yourself. These all directly or indirectly influence the state of your happiness or create happiness.
Do you know “why people are still unhappy?” It's because they can't continue the state of happiness every time.
The only way to continue the state of happiness is to understand the thinking cycle of mind, the way mind perceives the external and internal stimuli.
For example: close your eyes and think you are sad, your mind will give you tremendous amount of reasons “Why are you sad? “Now, close your eyes and feel you are the happiest person alive, your mind at least provide you some basic reasons, "Why are you happy?".
In term of science there are certain chemical like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins which together help us to feel happy.
These are the chemical, which brain instruct to the corresponding organ to release, based on brain's perception to external and internal stimuli.
So now, the question is "How to continue the state of happiness forever?"
For this we need to understand certain prospect and follow certain Guidelines.
So here are the Top 10 ways to be happy each and every moment in your life:
Know yourself:
Who are you? Where are you from?
You can say "I am a human being, born from my mother."
Yes, you are absolutely right. But have you ever think “what's your position, size in terms of universe?”
You are like no one. So your happiness or your life doesn’t matter to the rest.
Why are you here? It’s actually no one knows why human being is here.
What is life? Here the main question comes. Everybody has different prospective about life, but what I feel it’s different. Let’s take an example
Imagine there is small hut with 2 windows in a dark black forest. That small hut contain lots of intense light or you can say only the hut has light and all it's surrounding are black. One bird come from dark forest and enters the hut, stays there for moment and went through another window.
Now that's bird is us. We don't know where we come from and where we go, we only get limited time to stay like bird in that hut.
Accept that it’s a small life, there is no place for sorrow, pain, all we need to do is enjoy that little moment like anything.
Accept yourself and start to love yourself:
You may be short/tall, ugly/beautiful, you may get all senses but some people don't, accept yourself as you are. You are perfect, you don't need to live your life for someone else, you don't need to be liked by someone. You got one life just live it to the fullest.
Start to prioritize yourself to the top. Love your life like anything.
Accept your past and always live in present:
Whatever happened with you in the past, may be sweet as rasgullas(sweets) or bitter as acetic acid, just erased those memory. Anyway you can't get back those things. Always try to live in present; literally it makes me so happy to live in present. You don't have to worry about anything just relax and do the works.
Love without attachment:
It's very important when Relationship term come into picture. Love and attachment are two different things but people misconceptualise as one.
Love is the deepest emotional feeling which interconnects with affections, closeness, and care. Attachment is closely related to the Expectation.
For example: When you love someone, you truly sense the feeling of affection without any expectation of return, you just feel free.
When comes to Attachment you feel the same thing but there is a expectation of return, like whatever you are doing your opposite has to do the same thing for you. Sometimes we call it possessiveness.
So stop being in Attachment, starts to love freely you will never feel disappointment, no pain just Intense happiness.
Start exercise:
It’s very often said "your mind can only work effectively, if your body is at optimum level". So start exercise may be its aerobic or anaerobic.
Follow feasible diet:
Why did I say feasible diet? Because there is no use of diet if you can't follow it. And to follow a diet for long period it has to be tasty, healthy and Nutritious, it should also include your favorite food.
Optimum plan for diet is to eat 5 times a day instead of 3 times but eat in small quantity.

Regular meditation:
Yes, meditation plays a vital role in your happiness. I can say it should be at the top. Meditation helps you to stay at present moment, clarify your Thought process, purify your soul and helps you to stay away negativity.
Goal:
Always have specific Goal in every moment of life. Life always turns to negative directions without Goal. Goal may be short term or long term.
More the tougher goal, achieving it will give more and longer happiness. Divide the life Goals into short goals and achieve one by one, this way you can also live a purposeful life.
Learn to manage time:
People always terrified to deadlines and it distract the peace, happiness of life.
Better learn how to manage time effectively.
Help someone:
Believe me it give me intense pleasure to help someone. It may be friends or may be poor people striving in hunger.
But keep in mind if you want to help, do it without expecting return. Expecting a return will not be call as help, it will be call as lending.
