This comes as quite the surprise! 💜
When I was writing that post last night, I felt as though I was rambling, offering long-winded excuses for my lack of engagement. Yet it felt important, somehow — to simply speak my truth — whether or not anyone else might be listening.
To feel as though my contemplative babbling is not only heard but appreciated — well that just makes the medicine all the more potent.
