Its a good idea to count the macros. Dude I would say your daily maintenance would be about 2800. 1 big meal can equal that. 1 big tip is dont drink your calories. Bro water is it. Soda no. Not even diet. First the carbonation expands the tummy. Second the fake sugar effects the body in a negative way. If your going to be serious dont drink your calories leave it for FOOD.
The biggest hurdle is getting used to eating less. Dude we get used to pounding down food. We were taught to eat way too much. That is the food industry fault. But hey their in the biz to sell food, we were stupid enough to eat all they gave us.
Skinny people when they eat they eat slowly they will watch TV and the next thing they know is their food got cold because they got into the show. Also they will leave food on the plate and then throw it out.
Fat people when they eat they eat fast, concentrate only on their food when their eating, and consume everything on their plate.
Try eating like a skinny person.
