Extreme Health Academy Review
My wife and I signed up on extreme health academy to give it a shot.
I'll keep this review short:
We're not continuing with the program.
I believe Dr. John Bergman provides extremely useful information. He maintains a common sense approach to health that is founded on two things:
Educate yourself.
Listen to your body.
The site is moderately user friendly but largely under construction. It contains information on a variety of subjects. The presence of support is lacking. You essentially post on a forum or leave a message in chat if you need "support."
The word "community" is professed often. I'm not willing to pay $20 monthly to be part of a community. I am willing to pay monthly for on-going personalized healthcare education. That's not something EHA provides.
I'll continue to follow Bergman as a source of education however,

It is not the first medical experience that I see that offers wonders and in the end they do not respond as they should. Health is a sensitive issue, which should be oriented in principle in person by a medical professional, much more if you are going to pay for it.
It was tough to write this review because I do believe the people behind extreme health academy are good people who mean to help.
A lot of practices, especially in preventative health fields, are closing because the business is changing. A lot of them just don't want to cash a check from the pharmaceutical companies and call themselves healers.
I get it. Is not easy!
