The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. 60 times greater in amplitude than that of brain waves!

Your truth should not need validation from anyone but you. Don't get me wrong, leading a life of "1+1=3" is not exactly ideal! This type of thinking could be the result of a weed-filled garden, so to speak. Often we are set into this automatic, reactive mode of responding to situations, people, places, etc., without ever fine-tuning our discernment.

If our perspective were a coffee pot, our experiences would be the water, our focus would be the coffee grinds, and the filter would be our discernment it all passes through, leaving us with a glorious fresh cup of our very own truth!

From my own experiences, discernment always starts in the heart space. Our hearts are the real filters for our entire life. Every energetic experience enters through the heart and flows out from there. Call it our "portal of divine knowledge."

We are simply the antennae for light/energy/information. Trippy, right? Intuition itself starts in the heart, it is a deep feeling of (sometimes unexplainable) knowing. Everything is filtered through our hearts and permeates from within. Now let me ask you this: How clean is your filter? You see, a damaged or broken heart is not a permanent state, it is a choice of neglect and/or escape. It holds massive transformative lessons within and the depression (deep-rest) allows the shadow work that is necessary for transmutation.

Sure, when you put it like that it sounds easy! However, transmutation is not something that you can fake. From my experiences, the healing can be instantaneous, chipped away day by day, or dragged on with no hope or faith of healing. As it seems, it is too often that we avoid our muck and shadows as if they are personal badges of honor kept under several layers of Kevlar!

These are blocks for things like our higher learning, channeling, evolution, intuitive flow, downloads, discernment, expression, gifts, clarity, drive, etc. It is why many people assume the worst, live in fear, and seem to others as their own worst enemy. They're heart spaces are blocked or closed or negated as a source of real truth. Instead, many enter into the brain-mind to search for a logical answer without the use of a finely tuned heart center.

The mind is there to ground information from the heart space. The mind is a 3D tool we have the honor of using. If your heart is broken or blocked, so too will your mind malfunction respectively to these blocks. Know anyone who overthinks too much? They're trapped in their heads and avoiding how they actually feel about the situation. If they were able to trust their hearts and heal them above all things, they'd begin to maximize discernment and watch magic of the universe unfold.

Follow your heart, realize that everything is energy, and start to recognize how things feel as they pass through your filter of truth. YOUR truth.
