glad you enjoyed!! these habits have been derived from people who have proven they work, so now all it takes is that drive to get 'er done!!

I need to be more apt when it comes to these habits, especially #1 and #3. Be on the look out, Part II is on it's way in the next 30-45 min. or so!!
