Tomatos, micro greens, radishes, lettuce....etc.
I guess there is really nothing a person can do against the microburst. One hit the next road up and it was so strong it snapped the power line poles so a greenhouse would just be fresh meat for a microburst no matter what.
It will survive the dust devils though! LOL
The dreaded dustdevils! lol
