Day 84 was one of those days I was just going through the grind. It started good with a slightly longer moring run compared to yesterday. I worked on my idea of a support group account here on steemit, but always have a feeling these things take way longer than they should and that I'm just not being focussed enough to do it all time efficient.
Steemit and The #runforsteem challenge from @jumowa (Post Link) along with @runningproject both really help when it comes down to doing these morning runs. Having this great community here on Steemit just gives me the extra little push I need. I will buimd it up and do a longer run each day. Thanks

Near the evening it looked like it was going to be one of those lonely evenings again and I had sume urge for patato chips laying in my couch watching aimless tv. Instead I went on another evening walk to resque me from the other scenario.
I slowly started with my daily reps again doing some Push Ups, Tricep Dips and Pull Ups.
