Day 476 | Craving for Bread

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

I didn't manage to leave it with having just one vegan junk food day and somewhat let myself go in a craving for bread on Saturday. That will be it though and I'm instantly switching back to my planned eating habits along with intermittent fasting. Again my sleep was rather horrible taking a long time before I finally fell asleep. I also instantly gained 1kg the past couple day. This should come off rather quickly though. It's crazy how easy it is to lose grip still and it remains somewhat of an eternal battle in my mind.

Stay strong! I failed many times trying to stay veggie, but since a year or so, I managed to keep it up. And now, it became natural for me. Sometimes I crave stuff a bit, but nothing I can't handle.

Meat I'm pretty much done with and is not really the problem, even dairy I no longer eat. It's just this craving for sugar sometimes I'm still working on.

For me it's the other way around, bad food always causes bad sleep. I'm back at it now and the couple of bad days were just a glitch :-)
