Day 145 Comfy Bubble
I am approaching day 150 and these past 50 days have been more about enforcing some of the healthy habits I already had while getting back in a mindset of earning some money instead of making progress socially. Since the healthy food habits and working out daily are so easy to maintain, I feel like i'm back 100% inside my own comfort bublle again. Even though I enjoy it on a certain extend, there is still that voice in my head saying I should do more to move forward. Last 7 days I had an all time low of 1 day of social contact. The summer vacation is nearly over which will make this a lot more easy and I intend to make it somewhat a priority between day 150 and 200.
