Day 1252 | Increasing Bench Press Weight

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm still somewhat in an off period these last couple of days but I will get back to fully living healthy soon. Since I felt I have grown some straight these past 10+ days, I increased the weight on my bench press with 2x1.25kg which now comes at 37.75 kg. The next step will be 40kg.

The Concept 2 rowing trainer my mom ordered was already delivered and I will be heading home on Friday to install it also spending some extra time with my nieces which always is plent of fun. I will spend some time in the kitchen tonight preparing fresh foor for the weekend, make Saturday into a reps day and go on a run again on Sunday to resume Hot Yogo on Monday.

Daily Reps Challenge

The goal is do reps consistenty on a daily basis forcing myself to do at least 1 which most times will lead to a lot more and the goal is to go without actually being in major discomfort the day after slowly increaing the load over time.

How many of those days do you think you actually made it the full 6 sets?

I don't have a speific number I want to reach daily. The idea is just do at least 1 rep of something a day just to keep up consistency and stay in that mindset. Some days will be focussed on doing more (saturdays), other days I won't be overly busy with it. I might do a month where I set specific goals to reach.
