I lived between Brazil and Portugal. I was born in 1974. Graduated in Business Management. I went through advertising, marketing and sales at well-known companies. Today I am an entrepreneur, speaker and trainer.

I am married and have three children. Lover of nutrition, sport and wellness. I already did the ironman and ultra-trails. Passionate about surfing.

I hope my posts can be an inspiration for you to find the essence of happiness and the path of success. The possibility of a new beginning, the privilege of a blank page, thanks to which you will have the opportunity to be, to do and to have what you have always wanted.
