I wonder if one would still eat meat if they had to kill it themselves. What if they knew they might not ascend to the next level of conciseness. Justa thought. allotta Knows blowers out there.
I bet many would never kill the animals, and not be able to see the suffering without feeling angry / sad.
Only the lowest of consciousnesses would accept this industry and the suffering / environmental destruction if causes. So it might be something there ^^
If you believe in reincarnation, eating animals would be highly unsafe :P Since it could be anyone you use to know!
