You Create Your Normal
It's crazy - but we are actually in charge of our own lives. As we engage in activity's on a consistent basis our brains create patterns of thought and function that help enforce those.
It then requires a cognitive choice of initiative to break out of that pattern of behavior.
Maybe it's thinking bad about your self, or being angry at someone, or turning to destructive activities when stressed.
If you want an upgrade in your life, think about what you want, and make an improvement on that behavior today. Then do the same thing tomorrow.
You can upgrade your normal, it's a daily choice that can start today.
