When there is no enemy inside the enemy outside can do no harm
This is an African proverb it really explains itself.
I will not emphasize on explaining the proverb but just how you can get the best out of it, how you can take advantage from that philosophy.
But let us have the same understanding about the proverb before we proceed.
Just imagine this situation'' me and you as brothers or you're just my sister unfortunately our mother die and we both cry by getting the bad news. After funeral you get calmed and digest the situation that what happened had happened and for me I can not came down even a month later''
From the situation we just got the same external enemy ''death of our mother'' it's normal to cry for the loss of our precious ones but it is also normal but hard to overcome the situation and continue the life as usual
and
to overcome that, it is the love of yourself, knowing that you deserve happiness. YOU, LOVING YOURSELF JUST HELPED YOU TO OVERCOMES THE EXTERNAL ENEMY "death of our mother" AND ME UNABLE TO OVERCOME THE SITUATION, that EVEN EXAGGERATED THE EXTERNAL ENEMY'S EFFECTS "death of our mother"
From the above example hope we have got the same understanding.
WHEN THERE IS NO ENEMY INSIDE THE ENEMY OUTSIDE CAN DO YOU NO HARM
5 Ways to get the best out of that:
- Self approval : just feel inside yourself that you can do anything you want . The hardest thing when you want to do something is approving that you can do what you want and persists with the same mentality in the entire journey.
2.Negative things that people talk about you, take them as opinions, people have right to talk but you don't have any right to understand negatives just listen and move on, those are opinions.
3.Always listen to encouraging and beautiful music they will stimulate the release of serotonines and dopamines which are transmitters responsible for happiness and motivation.
4.Try to not get overhungry because hunger reduce the level of glucose in your blood and brain is the organ which requires high level of glucose and oxygen. So when you're hungry, stress threshold reduces and you can easly be disturbed by the enemy INSIDE.
5.Seek out everything that motivate you and sorround yourself with positive minded people.
To sum up just everything that happens in your life becomes worse or better depending on how you perceive it. So always think and perceive everything POSITIVELY.
