'Virtue' is a lost word...to recapture it...perhaps it is best to study the Stoics......Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius wrote a book....'The Meditations'.....he represented the last of the Stoics........and of course for the believer in Christ Jesus, it can be found in the Bible when taught by a Pastor who teaches under the ICE principle. 'I' for isagogics....'C' for categorical teaching and 'E' for exegesis from the original Greek and Hebrew language texts.

I just noticed that these are three different photos! Another great principle! I always thought they were the same but painted or tweaked to be different.

And sometimes they are the same....you are correct....however one must keep their readers guessing...the artist is first and foremost an entertainer. Yes.....they are different and meant to be shown in the progression of the waves as they crash.....which is what we do when we do not realise that the happiness we seek is not to be found in the visible only in the invisible.
