Those peaks and valleys either make or break great traders.
Nice photo with beautiful scenery and colorful leaves. It looks really peaceful atmosphere. But, when you said that it’s a 'Valley of Tears'…. this looks sad....

When my emotions dominate, I try to backtrack and think about the facts - that's all the information about what is happening that is uncoloured or described with emotion words.
