Yes indeed, I think its th best we can do is to try and think of ways around issues instead of focussing on them exactly as your principle states. Splendid principle at an apt time!
I like so much this principle! Focus on the solution and not on the problem maybe seems difficult, but it's always the better approach. ^_^
