Did a thorough inspection of all the structures the second time around....
I am extremely excited about the prospect of owning this land.
There are several existing, solid structures for any use whatsoever. I already have some plans in mind.
The land is immense and private. Sloped for good drainage, and densely wooded. Resource. With at least an acre of a cleared platuea section at the top of the slope.
Close to home and work. Can get over and do work on the property easily and without wasting time.
Settlement hangs on whether the land can be drilled for a well. Which I would suspect is ok since the neighbors all have wells.

Sky is the limit.

Sounds like you have some plans already for your new property. It will take you a long time to get it the way you will want it but it will be worth it in the end.
