LOVE : Type 5 (PRAGMA)

Pragma love can also be called Enduring love. It can also be called Realistic or practical love.
Pragma can be used to describe a pragmatic, practical, mutually beneficial relationship.
Pragma is a kind of practical love founded on reason or duty and one's longer-term interests.
For example, if you use your heard instead of your heart and body, you will see and make a great choice for a spouse based on their capability to be a great spouse not minding their looks nor how you feel about them. This type of relationship works because "feelings" can be developed with time spent together doing mutually beneficial things like raising children.

Sexual attraction takes a back seat in favour of personal qualities and compatibilities, shared goals, and making it work. In the days of arranged marriages, pragma must have been very common. The idea of arranged marriages can be scary at first but when you think it well its not that bad. We meet strangers everyday and fall inlove, arranged marriage is just giving you a stranger who you have to learn to love but as a spouse.

On the other hand Imagine a union formed to help two people cover their shame and pain of being single too long, they both decide to make it work, set goals and achieve them together, sooner or later they will develop a bond that is strong enough to keep them together forever especially if they are blessed with children.
