LOVE : SUMMARY

Hi steemians, the past nine days has been my best so far, i have been having so much fun, studying and talking on a topic that is so necessary and important for human existence : LOVE.

Love can be defined in many ways and can be used as a noun or a verb, for example.

noun

1. a strong feeling of affection.
   "babies fill parents with intense feelings of love"
   synonyms: deep affection, fondness, tenderness, warmth, intimacy, attachment, endearment; More
2. a great interest and pleasure in something.
   "his love for football"
   synonyms: liking, weakness, partiality, bent, leaning, proclivity, inclination, disposition; More

verb
feel deep affection or sexual love for (someone).
"do you love me?"
synonyms: be in love with, be infatuated with, be smitten with, be besotted with, be passionate about; . . .

As many as there are definitions of love we have seen that there different types of love but we concentrated on the eight types which has been studied by the ancient Greek which are:-

Eros or Erotic love

Philia or Affectionate love

Storge or Familiar love

Agape or Selfless love

Pragma or Enduring love

Philautia or Self love

Ludus or Playful love

Mania or Obsessive love

Studying the love types I realised they are not independent subjects, they all have links to one another. This means you can experience more than one type of love at a particular time. You can have Eros and mania at the same time. This idea can better be brought to life by the image below.
