I am currently trying to get a Statist to try the hammock.
I may have to coax him in with a statist cookie or something.....
Just tell them there is a tax to be able to freely use the hammock whether they are going to try it or not and threaten to take their belongings if they don't pay. They'll not only want to freely try the hammock, they'll pay you to do it too. Win win for everyone.
