The Power of Clarity
Clarity is what we need in order to live a fruitful and a productive life. For us to live a productive life, then we will need to have clear goals for ourselves, otherwise, we will live our whole lives doing things which produce little or no result and in fact not necessary for our own journey.
Working hard for long hours doesn't always guarantee a productive day/life, more than the zeal to work hard, you need clarity, else the hard work won't be as fruitful as it is supposed to be.
It isn't all about purpose, but also about direction. We need to have a clear understanding of the path we want to follow, what to expect and what following that path really entails.
Sometimes our fears blinds our eyes from seeing clearly, and so it is important for us to deal with our fears if we really want to find clarity. Being disorganized also have the ability of keeping us away from clarity, which we really do not want.
Clarity of purpose is having a clear sense of what you want, your dreams, why its important to you and what you hope to achieve with it, while clarity of direction has to do with understanding the path you want to follow in order to achieve those dreams.
You might share a similar dream (if not same) with someone, but that doesn't mean you have to follow the same path he/she followed or is following in order to achieve that dream. There are different paths one can follow to achieve a particular dream, you just have to understand what works for you and stick to it. Even when your clarity leads you to that unthreaded path, go for it, we don't all have to follow the same paths when there is a whole lot (now, that's why we need to conquer our fears; to be able to face the unfamiliar).
You sure can't plan a trip without knowing your destination or what you hope to achieve with that trip and even more, you can't make a move without knowing and being clear about which direction you want to follow.
Why is Clarity so Important?
With clarity;
- You will be much more confident of the decisions you make
- You make minimal mistakes
- You will feel much more motivated
- You will find it easier to keep distractions at bay etc.
Clarity gives you light, it doesn't always come naturally, we sometimes need to put in an effort into finding it. It might all seem confusing at the beginning of your journey towards your goals, but crave clarity, put an effort into finding it, and there, you will find it. Lets make our dreams a reality by choosing to find clarity first!
