GREEN LAND MAKES PLANTS GROWING HOLIDAYS

My favorite plants when I was a teenager and an adult, made me observe many plants and the environment. From this observation I can learn about life. When I have a good seed to plant, I will find a suitable soil to grow. If I give a suitable soil then the plant will flourish.

Land and workplace, smart and talented people. If he is lucky to get a job where he can work well, it will improve his skills. So the skills possessed by that person will increase rapidly. How does one know that the company where he works is a fertile soil? The easiest way to determine whether a company is a fertile land or not working is whether we can learn something or not.

At one point I did an interview, then I asked, "Why do you want to move away from the company where you work?" The answer is "The environment is very uncomfortable to work". My next question is "Can you learn something at work?" Because I think someone who works does not depend on the environment. If the environment is not good, then he can learn how to keep achieving in a bad environment. But if nothing can be learned, find another place that can give you higher skills.

Realizing that the environment is important for one's growth, the environment in Andal is made in such a way that everyone can learn. They themselves can feel the changes experienced. In Andal many challenges are given to employees, with this challenge every employee in Andal will grow. Most felt when there are new employees, who provide guidance can be a fellow team friend, or boss. Usually the boss will always ask the new teammates. How new employees can capture what is taught.

Assessments made by some people will be a great result, as every assessor will learn to see someone, and his judgment becomes more objective. A person's work experience can not be used as a benchmark for one's ability.

Lessons I Get
When looking for a job, look for a company where we can learn inventory in the past. Because in our most valuable work is the skill that we get, so we will develop. This means our skills will increase rapidly. Skill improvement usually occurs when we encounter many problems, while solving that problem we will improve our skills.

So when we face problems to solve, then we say that the company is not good. It was not a good decision. The decision to find a new job, great if done in the old company can no longer be learned. Because if there is no lesson to be gained means our skills will be stagnant.
