Difficulties of change

Uncertainty
We can not know what it is like to be a different person, because they never were. This gives rise to an uncertainty and a nebula about the future. Will we be happy in this case? Will this not change us enough that we will become worse? Will it work out? We are unsure, because we really can not know what will happen.

The problem with all this is that we do not make any clear decisions. Otherwise, such questions stop worrying us, because they no longer make sense. If a decision is made, questions about expediency are no longer worth it, since they have already been considered and do not pull a person back.

Condemnation and refusal
By condemnation we mean only the opinion of other people, under refusal - a real obstacle. In both cases, we can talk about the phenomenon of social fear. In society, a person who starts to stand out, work on himself, become better, can cause blame and condemnation. Perhaps the fact that other people do not want to develop and work on themselves, so they are so annoying when someone does it.

Also, the society is afraid of losing any individual. If a person stands out, there is a social fear that soon this person will find another society, another company, another circle of friends. Therefore, there is condemnation and rejection. Sometimes the former can have more influence than the second.

Lack of comfort
It resists changes that lead to even greater costs. But it was necessary in the past when people fought for existence. Now everything has changed.

If you have not read for a long time and picked up a book, what's the first with you happens after a couple of minutes? That's right, you are drawn to sleep. The brain does not want to waste energy, there comes drowsiness. That's why it's so difficult to change.
