Identify Your Real Self - To Know Your Inner Self Is To Know Who You Really Are

in #life3 years ago

To truly know your inner self, you must first know your outer self. Your outer self consists of the information that has been fed into you by those around you, the mass media, your peers, the government, and most advertising based products. The true self is completely separate from all of this and stands separate and apart from it. The true self does not rely on others to survive, love, or even enjoy life, so why does the self-care industry need to promote shallow, false versions of who we are?

To truly understand your inner world, you must also understand your outer world. What most people don't realize is that when we look outside at our lives, we actually look inside ourselves. The inner world consists of all of our fears, insecurities, anger, joy, guilt, regret, and happiness. And most importantly, it also contains our true self, the inner voice in our heads that speaks from our core to our ears to our heart and down through our entire body until it reaches our feet. To truly understand your outer world, you must learn to listen to your inner voice.

What our inner self understands about our life purposes, opportunities, dreams, passions, and purposes, becomes our true life purpose. Our true life purpose is the life experiences that we have lived before and the experiences that will follow us into the future. And our life purposes, if we do not learn how to recognize and tap into them, become suppressed, weakened, and in some cases, totally destroyed. Most of the time, our true life purposes are unknown, mysterious, unquantifiable. That is, unless we discover them by tapping into our own inner worlds of motivation, purpose, creativity, energy, strength, happiness, gratitude, creativity, joy, peace, patience, accomplishment, passion, creativity, knowledge, and wisdom. These, when discovered, can give us the power to move mountains.

Social identities and societal roles play a large part in creating our personal identities, which are basically our perceptions, assumptions, and behavioral patterns that we adopt in our day-to-day interactions with others. In this world, we often confuse our true selves with our social identities and group membership. If we are honest, there are many people who will tell you that they are nothing like their true selves. However, when these same people are confronted with evidence of their own personal real selves, they will quickly admit that they are much different than what they have perceived themselves to be. There is only one true self, which is the real, underlying, intrinsic, indestructible, eternal, powerful, creative, intelligent, motivated, authentic, honest, unconditionally loving, truthful, joyful, gracious, loving, and whole person.

Each of our individually created and sustained inner worlds is limited, unique, invaluable, and of substantial substance. Our true inner world consists of who we really are and nothing else. It is precisely because of this truth that our true inner voice vibrates at a frequency that is totally different from our individually created, sustained inner worlds. Because the inner worlds are so completely different from one another, it is impossible to compare one's inner voice to another person's. This makes our individual inner worlds even more precious and interesting.

Your inner self has its own motivations, desires, attractions, ideas, impulses, talents, skills, and talents. You cannot change who you are by another person, even if that other person has a name like John Smith. If you want to change the direction of your life, you must change it yourself. This is why self-knowledge and motivation are important. A good starting point for knowing how to know your inner self and motivation is to become aware of all your individual and unique motivations.

Once you become aware of all your individual and unique motivations, it becomes easier to locate your motivation's magnet. You can then use your magnet to align your actions and reactions towards your identified motivations. The truth is knowing your inner self comes from self-awareness and motivation, and not from motivations or identification. Knowing this truth empowers you to free your mind, body, spirit, and emotions from the control of other people, ideas, and feelings.

You cannot know your inner self if other people, ideas, or feelings are true. Knowing your real self allows you to get rid of false beliefs and replace them with authentic ones. Knowing your authentic inner self also enables you to make genuine relationships with others. Knowing your inner and true identities also enables you to develop an authentic and satisfying social life. You will experience increased happiness, energy, creativity, confidence, peace, and strength.
