For me, sport is the way I live my life, more than a body workout, it is an exercise for our mind, it allows us to eliminate the negative of our organism and, what is more important, it gives us a reason to be alive to play. Sport is one of my greatest passions.

Physical activity is basic and esencial for human body to work the way is supposed to. We carry almost the same genetic material as our ancesters thousands of years back. Physical activity was not an option for them as they needed to eat. Because of that, our brain neuroplasticity and body is arranged to feel reward everytime we excercise and feed ourselves.

You are speaking out of my mind! I think the problem many have with sports is the motivation to start and the endurance to go through the first few times needed to notice the positive effects and give up before experiencing how good it can make you feel!
